Grandpa Jack & Grandma Sherry came to visit! We had such a great time, and it was perfect timing before Brian started his new job. We rented a cabin for a few days that was just what the doctor ordered!

Mother's Day

Singing, Dancing, and Playing the Flute

Maddie Loves music. She dances, sings, and loves to play with her music set. Especially the "flute", though I never seem to get a picture of her playing it.

The Tunnel

Maddie received a tunnel for her Birthday from her buddy Kayne. She was very apprehensive about the tunnel at first. I had to go through it a few times before she would go in. I snapped these photos the first time she decided to be adventurous

Maddie's 1st Birthday Party!

Madeline's first birthday cupcake party was a fantastic success!
Here is the cupcake tower that I constructed. I'm pretty darn proud of my handy work on this! I know Brian thought I was crazy when I sent him to the hardware store for PVC pipe. Bet he didn't know that PVC pipe could look so good!
Maddie's giant cupcake cake. There probably is about a pound of frosting on that cake. No joke.
She was a little shocked when we first put the cake infront of her, but once she got the gist she dug right in!
Much too busy to open presents, we opened them for her and she played with the wrapping paper.
